User Obligations
  • You agree to provide all necessary materials, content, and feedback within the agreed timelines to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • You must ensure that any content, materials, or assets provided do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • For SEO and digital marketing services, you must comply with applicable laws, including privacy and anti-spam regulations.
Payment Terms
  • A non-refundable advance is required to initiate any project or service.
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed milestone plan mentioned in the service agreement or invoice.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or result in service suspension until payments are settled.
  • Ambeytech reserves the right to revise its service fees at any time with prior notice to existing clients.
Project Timelines and Delivery
  • Ambeytech will adhere to agreed timelines as per the project plan. Delays from the client's side (e.g., late content delivery or approvals) may result in rescheduled timelines.
  • For website maintenance and updates, requests may take up to 3-7 business days depending on complexity.
Revisions and Modifications
  • Website design projects include [x] rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
  • SEO and marketing campaigns require a minimum of 3-6 months for measurable results.
  • Any changes in the original project scope will require a new quote or change order.
Intellectual Property Rights
  • All deliverables provided by Ambeytech remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • After final payment, ownership of the website, software, or other digital products will be transferred to the client, except for third-party components (e.g., plugins or licensed tools).
Third-Party Services
  • Some services may rely on third-party tools (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways). Ambeytech is not responsible for downtime, breaches, or performance issues arising from these providers.
  • Clients are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party services they engage with through Ambeytech's projects.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
  • Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential unless required by law.
  • Ambeytech adheres to relevant data protection laws. We do not sell, rent, or misuse personal information collected during the course of our services.
Cancellation and Termination
  • Either party may terminate the agreement by giving 30 days’ written notice.
  • If the client cancels the project midway, Ambeytech will retain the advance payment as compensation for time and resources spent.
  • Ambeytech reserves the right to terminate the agreement without notice if the client breaches any terms or engages in unethical practices.
Limitation of Liability
  • Ambeytech will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
  • The maximum liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.
Force Majeure

Ambeytech is not liable for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, server downtime, or legal restrictions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.

Amendments to Terms

Ambeytech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
